In an effort to continue making space for and elevating conversations around public health, Vital Strategies decided to launch a new content stream: Public Health Power Hour.
The Brand
Bold and fun: making Public Health stand out.
Public Health Power Hour was born out of a lack of public health presence on up-and-coming platforms like Clubhouse and Twitter Spaces. The team at Vital Strategies felt strongly that the robust catalog of topics Public Health encompasses fit perfectly with this experimental live audio-only platform.
The branding needed to be clean and easy to use, but also not look like something you’d expect from a public health talk. Relying solely on Vital Strategies’ core colors of Blue and Orange, PHPH fits in as a product of Vital while leaning much bolder and more graphic than core brand content.
Newsletters, Twitter posts, and Instagram posts and reels were the primary ways new content was promoted.
